REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology:
Using differing pressures and Reflexology techniques on your feet, hands or face, I will focus on areas of tension and imbalance found in the fascia beneath your skin.
Reflexology aims to reduce muscle tension, stress and pain levels allowing your body to feel relaxed and peaceful. Regular sessions can see improvements in sleep quality and quantity.
REIKI
Reiki:
A gentle, non-invasive, stress-reduction and relaxation technique to encourage and facilitate your body's natural ability to heal. Stress and trauma can impede the natural flow of energy, which can affect your aliveness, your vitality. Reiki works by restoring the energy flow, encouraging balance and harmony. Supports you as you navigate life and towards end of life.
Distant/Remote Reiki is sent in real time. You can receive the treatment in the comfort of your own home without me being present and is ideal for those who cannot or do not wish to attend in person.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
Indian head massage: Great for those who work at desks and computer devices. Whilst deeply relaxing, Indian head massage will increase blood circulation to your upper body and head. Differing pressures and massage techniques are applied to the upper back, upper arms, shoulders, neck, scalp and face, smoothing out tension and stress, leaving space for greater creativity and productivity.
Benefits: relief from muscle aches and tension in the tissues of your face, scalp, upper back, neck and shoulders encouraging deep relaxation. Indian head massage can be helpful in improving sleep quality, reducing stress levels, improving circulation to the areas treated and improving mood.
