Reflexology is a relaxing treatment using differing pressures on specific areas of either your feet, hands or face. Dating as far back as ancient Egyptian times, the surfaces of the feet, hands and face are believed to be a microcosm of the whole body.
After taking your medical history and asking some lifestyle questions, your treatment can be focused on specific reflexes in order to encourage balance. Reflexology can be helpful in releasing tension from your body, working on your central nervous system, regulating sleep patterns, encouraging elimination of waste from the body and lifting your mood, enhancing feelings of well-being.
Drinking plenty of water the day before, the day of and the day after a treatment can greatly assist this process.
Cumulative Reflexology treatments facilitate your body's natural healing abilities.
Reflexology and the Treatment of Pain, The Kruchik Method developed by Mauricio (Moshe) Kruchik, a world renown Reflexologist are techniques that work on the endocrine system, releasing connective tissue and stimulate the nervous system. Each techniques meets you where you are with a creative approach to encouraging a reduction in pain levels whilst working within your own limits.
The benefits of TOP II techniques may be helpful for those with:
Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) developed by Sally Kay is an award winning technique that stimulates the lymphatic reflexes in either the feet or the hands in order to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body. RLD is an extremely gentle treatment that reflects the effects of a Manual Lymph Drainage massage.

Reiki, a subtle, non-invasive energy system developed in Japan, is connected to you through light or no touch, in-person or remotely. Reiki energy can bring peace and balance to your body and mind.
The cumulative results of Reiki treatments can be broad and transformational. Benefits can be helpful in improving sleep quality, elevating mood, lowering stress levels and increasing emotional resilience.
You may feel different temperatures or sensations. You may observe colours or nothing at all. Most feel a deep sense of peace. Experiencing such a level of relaxation can have a positive effect on your body and mind by encouraging you into 'rest and digest' leading to feeling more balanced.
Reiki can be given seated or laying down, fully clothed apart from removing your shoes.
Remote or distant Reiki is sent to you in real time. You can receive the treatment in the comfort of your own home without me being present and is ideal for those who cannot or do not wish to attend in person.

Indian head massage focuses on your upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, scalp and face.
This relaxing yet revitalising treatment was passed down from generation to generation in the Indian family tradition for thousands of years and is believed to preserve the body's life force (Qi/Chi/Prana) and energy by restoring balance (homeostasis).
Benefits can include relief from muscle aches and tension in the tissues of your face, scalp, upper back, neck and shoulders encouraging deep relaxation, which in itself, can truly amplify the benefits. Indian head massage can be helpful in improving sleep quality, reducing stress levels, improving circulation to the areas treated, easing emotional and muscular tension.
Indian head massage is ideal if you work long hours using computers, laptops and/or mobile telephones for long periods of time. If you experience stress, Indian head massage can lighten a furrowed brow and quieten your busy mind, leaving space for greater creativity and productivity.
This treatment can be given fully clothed, seated or laying on the couch, or with your shoulders/upper back unclothed laying on the couch using natural oils.
